Gentlemen,

You can now attach pictures to your posts at "The Coticule Tavern".
Files size is restricted to 300 Kbyte per picture. If you keep the width around 800 pixels (that's approximately the maximum width displayed), that should be more than enough.

To make the uploaded pictures show up in your post, it is required to enter some code:
[img]1[/img]
[img]2[/img]
[img]3[/img]

The first line shows the 1st attachment, the second line shows a second attachment, etcetera.
Just put that code where ever you want the pictures to show up in your text.

Enjoy,
Bart.
Then the light shone, trumpets sounded and I got to the other side, where men shave with smiles on their faces, razors pop hairs, and a continuous choir singing «~~Keen and Smooth~~» is heard everywhere. (Matt)

Heck, I just used that to post pictures of my coticule. I figured the feature had been there forever :D

Cheers,

I think a proper gallery would be nice. g2 and coppermine have no bridges for Contao, but what about http://www.contao.org/extension-list/view/develab_gallery.10010009.en.html ?

It provides a simple gallery with news-module like handling and custom sorting.

Bart; have tried several times to post pictures of an unidentified oil damaged green stone that I recently picked up; but when I hit the image ikon nothing happens? then I try the old fashioned way of copy and paste.........nothing :confused: please imagine me as a 4 year old and perhaps walk this 60+ year old through the process of posting a picture that has been downsized and is in my computer to the "Razor's Inn" thanks in advance and cheers;

I'm afraid that you can't upload pictures to the "Razor's In" forum. Sue to server space restrictions, we only allow picture upload on some parts of the forum. (a problem that will be sorted in the nearby future)

For now, It is possible to put your picture on an external website for picture storage, such as Flickr or Dropbox. You can then use an image link to show your picture in your post.
There is an explanation how to do that: http://www.coticule.be/the-cafeteria/topic/57.html

If you can't figure it how, feel free to e-mail the picture to me. Include the title of your thread, and I will put the picture in it for you.

Kind regards,
Bart.
