Thanks for the room reservation.
I'll ask my girlfriend when she's back at home, but I don't think she'll be willing to drag herself out of the bed early enough to have a breakfast at 8:30.
On the other hand, I'm dying to taste your bacon and eggs so count me for breakfasts.

She's just came back. I was right.

I'm in for the whacky breakfast. But only if I get my cereals with coticule slurry instead of milk (La Grosse Blanche, preferably)

Hi Bart and other Coticul-ers,
I am aware the deadline for signing in has passed already, but I would like to ask whether it would be possible to still add me to the list of attendants. If so, I would like to participate the entire Saturday program, from the breakfast in Vielsalm up until the end of the guided tour at Ardennes Coticule. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the BBQ.
I live in Brussels so I was just planning to hop on a very early train in the morning, arriving in Vielsalm at 8:22, and take a train back in Vielsalm at 20:37.
Another possibilty would be to come by car but I try to avoid this as much as possible. If more people would however have the same schedule from and to Brussels, I am willing to take them on board of course.
Sorry for this late request.
The reasons for this are simply that I am rather new to straight razor shaving and very new to your great website. I therefore hesitated whether attending made sense, but considering the " Razor sharpening and knives honing class" on Saturday morning I decided it certainly does!
I also have two small children, which makes leaving home less evident.
Thank you in advance for considering my request!

Hendrik, Welcome to Coticule.be!
Yes you are more than welcome to join us on Saturday. As the schedule now looks, we will have the guided tour at Ardennes after breakfast, and after that the sharpening class in the afternoon.
We'll arrange to pick you up at Vielsalm Railway station and drop you back of in the evening.
Please send me an e-mail so we can exchange cell phone numbers.
Kind regards,
Bart.
Then the light shone, trumpets sounded and I got to the other side, where men shave with smiles on their faces, razors pop hairs, and a continuous choir singing «~~Keen and Smooth~~» is heard everywhere. (Matt)

If possible, bring your own sleeping bag.
I'll provide the air beds.
I might have a spare sleeping bag for someone, but not for everyone.

No problem Gary. I'll borrow you my spare one.
If some of the other guys sleeping at Ardennes has trouble bringing a sleeping bag, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Bart.

While you guys are planning this trip, I'm planning a birthday party for my daughter and 30 of her closest 7 yr old friends
Enjoy your trip. Bart, late next May or early June, I am coming to Belgium with intentions of visiting the mine. If possible, it would be great to meet up with you at some point for a Chimay. I'll be eagerly awaiting the pics from the meet up

If you not at least schedule half a day (the very minimum!

Enjoy the party!

I have sent an e-mail to all participants with important information.
The e-mail comes with a "read receipt" request. Please confirm that you've received it well.
Kind regards,
Bart.
