Chaps,

In the spirit of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), this site should have an RSS feed, so that users who run their own websites can display that feed, thus giving Coticule.be more coverage. Search engines love that.

Anyhow, yes, it works (see bottom of http://cutthroat.templeofhate.com/index.php?q=gallery). But the link to the feed should also be in the header of the site, so that browsers like Firefox can pick it up.

Using Firefox? See the orange radio thingy in the URL bar? You did it! Good stuff. The summarizeFeeds extension looks useful, too. After all, this isn't a high traffic site.

Next in line: proper file names. Googles likes http://site.org/the-cafeteria/date-title-nid.html or something like that.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure it can be easily done. I'll have to post a ticket in the Contao (they changed the name from "Typolight" to "Contao") helpdesk system, and see if someone comes up with an easy method for getting meaningful file names.

I think there is something like pathauto for Drupal available for what your CMS's current name is. But, as I said, google would love it.

It's probably something with the feed settings but I've just started to use RSS and have no idea where to look for them. :blush:

It's all Bart's fault, not yours. Bart, check for one RSS_default template. AFAICS, that's where this setting is made. The "Auto News" extension looks useful, too.
